Monday, April 15th we present our annual "Tips for Change" fundraiser at Gianni's Italian Bistro, San Ramon.
Note: BOTH DINE-IN AND TAKE OUT ARE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 4:30 - 8 PM on Monday, April 15th.
To make your reservation or place your order, follow these instructions. Note: Table Leads only will make the table reservation by going online to:
- https://www.yelp.com/reservations/giannis-italian-bistro-san-ramon?from_reserve_now=1 or calling (925) 820-6969 and providing the number of guests. Tables up to 10 can be accommodated, and in some cases additional guests can be seated. Contact Gianni's at the number above to secure a larger table.
- Explain to your table guests that they should coordinate their attendance with you only, the Table Lead. They should not contact Gianni's except for the below.
- For online orders for takeout, click the "order online" button at the top, then click on delivery or pickup. Please note delivery is limited, but can be made available. Be sure to click on the appropriate date, then choose your items and your desired time. The menu is provided below for your help in identifying in advance what you might be interested in ordering. Wine and cocktails are available for take out.
- You may consider making a dine-in reservation and also ordering takeout to enjoy the next day at home.

Youth as the Proxy War for the Republic - Pacific Justice Institute

Pacific Justice Institute - Kevin Snider
Kevin Snider has been an attorney since 1994. During that time he has practiced primarily in the area of constitutional law and civil rights. Snider has litigated a number of cases which have garnered national attention. These include two in the U.S. Supreme Court – A Woman’s Friend v. Kamala Harris and Gateway City Church v. Gavin Newsom.
He argued In re Jonathan L. before the California Court of Appeal which resulted in restoring the right to homeschool in California. In Michael Newdow v. LeFevre, he argued in defense of the national motto – In God We Trust – in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Days before the January 2009 swearing in of President Obama, Snider represented Pastors Rick Warren and Joseph Lowery in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in which he successfully argued against the request for an injunction to prevent the invocation and benediction at the inauguration.
He has been the Chief Counsel for the Pacific Justice Institute since 2004. He has been seen on CSPAN and CNN, has made dozens of radio and television appearances, and is interviewed frequently or quoted in newspapers and other publications.
Snider is admitted to the Washington, California, and District of Columbia Bars. His wife, Chenyuan, is a regular contributing writer for The Stream. They have two children and reside in northern California.

Opportunity Drawing + Fundraisers
Opportunity Drawing - This fundraiser will offer 6 bottles of wine and a pound of See's Candy. Total value is approximately $200. Tickets are available at the meeting by cash or check - 5 tickets for $20 or 2 tickets for $10. There will be one winner.
