Commander Hatten retired in 2002 as a combat-experienced naval aviator with over 3,000 hours of flight time in the F/A-18. He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of TAMARACK Technologies, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) which provides consulting and program management services to Federal Customers including the US Department of Defense and Department of Energy. JR is a consultant to the US Navy as a Physical Security (PS) and Access Control (AC) Technology Subject Matter Expert for the Commander, United States Navy Installations Command (CNIC) and Navy Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC).
