    Be part of an important conversation on faith, freedom, and truth. The Frederick Douglass Foundation is dedicated to advancing Biblical justice, civic engagement, and the defense of timeless American principles. Hear Kevin McGary expose the dilemmas of DEI and offer clear, principled solutions rooted in faith and history.

    About the Speaker

    Kevin McGary is a ministry leader, entrepreneur, author, and public speaker with more than 35 years of professional experience and a deep commitment to faith-based civic engagement. He currently serves as Chairman of the Frederick Douglass Foundation of California and is an executive with the Douglass Leadership Institute and Northstar Leadership PAC. McGary is also the co-founder of Every Black Life Matters (EBLM), a moral and faith-based organization dedicated to advancing Biblical justice and civic engagement as a principled alternative to mainstream social movements.

    He is an accomplished author with several published books, including DEI in 3D (2023), WOKEd UP! (2022), and The Archetypes of American Politics (2024), which examine cultural, political, and social issues through a lens rooted in faith and American principles. McGary holds a Ph.D. in Christian Ministry Leadership and Management and is active in supporting pastors and ministry leaders around the world.

    Dr. Greg Albaugh

    Navy Captain (Ret.), vascular surgeon, and California native, Dr. Albaugh brings over 30 years of military and medical leadership experience. He served in Okinawa and Djibouti, coordinating high-level medical and evacuation operations across Africa and the Middle East.

    After retiring from the Navy in 2024, he has focused on election integrity, civic education, and restoring principled leadership in California. He emphasizes calm decision-making, problem solving, and constitutional governance.

    Chad Bianco

    Sheriff Chad Bianco has served over 31 years in law enforcement and currently serves as the elected Sheriff of Riverside County. After graduating at the top of his academy class, he dedicated his career to public safety and was elected Sheriff in 2018.

    During his tenure, he worked to stabilize department finances, increase staffing, and restore partnerships with local agencies. He has been a vocal advocate for criminal justice reform at the state level, including support for Proposition 36. Bianco emphasizes public safety, accountability, and leadership grounded in faith, family, and service.

    Katherine Piccinini

    Candidate for U.S. Congress – District 10

    Oakley resident and longtime community leader, Katherine Piccinini is running on a platform of public safety, parental rights, fiscal responsibility, and government transparency. Coming from a law enforcement family, she prioritizes honoring first responders and protecting families.

    A mother of four and grandmother of five, she previously led East Contra Costa Republican Women and has served in multiple county and state party leadership roles. In 2024, she received over 122,000 votes — the highest total for a non-incumbent congressional candidate in the region.

    Joe Rubay

    Candidate for State Assembly – District 16

    Joe Rubay is a longtime Contra Costa County resident, small business owner, and community leader with over 30 years of experience operating his own real estate appraisal firm. A graduate of Cal State East Bay with a degree in Accounting and Business Management, he brings a strong background in fiscal responsibility and private-sector leadership.

    Rubay has served as Chair and now Vice Chair of the Alamo Police Services Advisory Committee and is a past member of the Contra Costa County Fair Board. He supports policies focused on public safety, parental involvement in education, and strengthening families and small businesses across the 16th Assembly District.

    This is a wonderful opportunity for our club to raise funds through the generosity of Virtue + Vice and the support of our incredible community!
