Nathan Duell, Sentinel Activist, Heritage Action for America

Nathan Duell is the Western Regional Coordinator with Heritage Action for America, the grassroots sister organization to The Heritage Foundation. He graduated from Arizona State University with bachelor's degrees in economics and supply chain management. While in college, Nathan interned in Washington, D.C. with Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Before joining Heritage Action, he spent one year working in finance and became a Republican precinct committeeman in Arizona. Nathan resides in Glendale, Arizona with his wife, Gilliene.

The Ladies of Liberty and Freedom host Major Williams for Governor

RSVP to the event and your information will be sent to the host. The fundraiser is at a private home in the Walnut Creek area. Learn about the candidate's platform, values and goals. The "Meet and Greet" begins at 1:00pm. Candidate Major Williams will be speaking at 2:00pm

April 14 - In-Person Event* - "Communist China's War Inside America"

Brian Kennedy, President, American Strategy Group; Board Member & Senior Fellow Claremont Institute 

Mr. Kennedy is the chairman of the Committee on the Present Danger: China, founded in March of 2019. He is also a member of the Independent Working Group on Missile Defense. Mr. Kennedy is the author of Communist China’s War Inside America by Encounter Books (June 2020). He is a regular on The Bill Bennett Show Podcast. Mr. Kennedy was a National Security Surrogate for Donald Trump at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland in July 2016. Mr. Kennedy is a native Californian and a graduate of Claremont McKenna College.

Kevin Lynn, Executive Director, Progressives for Immigration Reform; Founder, U.S. Tech Workers

Kevin Lynn is an America First patriot fighting the Biden Administration's open borders agenda & the replacement of American talent. He helped to found PFIR with the intention conversing with those to the left of the political center on the consequences of unbridled immigration to the United States. He created U.S. Tech Workers to focus more attention on the role that abuse of America’s nonimmigrant employment visa system was having on skilled white-collar workers. He worked with President Trump on saving the Tennessee Valley Authority jobs that were going to be outsourced to India.

Maggie is a filmmaker, patriot, journalist and member of Mt Diablo Republican Club. Currently, you can find her working along side Steve Bannon on his #1 political podcast, War Room. Her videos have had more that 100 million views. She played an active role in the 2019 Social Media Summit, hosted by President Trump at The White House.

Turning Point USA, East Bay chapters

Turning Point USA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote freedom. Meet and support the local youth who are changing minds.

Pacific Justice Institute: "Taking Back the Bill of Rights - Action Plans for Reclaiming our Freedom"

Kevin Snider, Chief Counsel, Pacific Justice Institute

Kevin Snider has been an attorney since 1994. During that time he has practiced primarily in the area of constitutional law and civil rights. Snider has litigated a number of cases which have garnered national attention. These include two in the U.S. Supreme Court – A Woman’s Friend v. Kamala Harris and Gateway City Church v. Gavin Newsom.   He argued In re Jonathan L. before the California Court of Appeal which resulted in restoring the right to homeschool in California. In Michael Newdow v. LeFevre, he argued in defense of the national motto – In God We Trust – in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Days before the January 2009 swearing in of President Obama, Snider represented Pastors Rick Warren and Joseph Lowery in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in which he successfully argued against the request for an injunction to prevent the invocation and benediction at the inauguration.

He has been the Chief Counsel for the Pacific Justice Institute since 2004. The PJI legal department that he heads has staff attorneys in nine states and nearly 1,000 volunteer attorney affiliates who provide free legal representation to people of faith and religious organizations. In this capacity, he gives legal counsel to religious leaders on a day in and day out basis on a variety of church issues. He has taught church law to seminary students and is a frequent presenter at seminars on church law, religious liberties and the Constitution. In 2011 he served on the Commission On Accountability & Policy For Religious Organizations (Legal Experts Panel) for the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. In addition, Snider served on the Editorial Advisory Board for Christianity Today’s Church Law & Tax Group (2013-14).

He has been seen on CSPAN and CNN, has made dozens of radio and television appearances, and is interviewed frequently or quoted in newspaper and other publications.

Snider is admitted to the Washington, California, and District of Columbia Bars. He has two children and resides with his wife, Chenyuan, in northern California
